Book Nook Tools and Accessories

The right tools turn a fiddly build into a relaxing one. Most book nook and miniature house kits do not include tools, so these are the pieces our customers add to their order most often.

What you actually need

  • A precision cutter to snip parts from the sheet without splitting the wood.
  • Fine tweezers, ideally one straight and one curved, for tiny books, plants and props.
  • A sharp hobby knife for paper, fabric and trimming tabs.
  • A cutting mat to protect the table and keep lines straight.
  • Glue: a clear craft glue or PVA for wood, and a gel super glue for plastic parts.
