Ordering & Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Most orders are dispatched within 2–5 business days. Standard delivery within Australia typically takes 7–14 business days depending on your location. Expedited options may be available at checkout.

Do you ship to all Australian states and territories?

Yes — we ship to all Australian addresses including metro and regional areas.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also use our Order Tracking page to check your shipment status.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Contact us as soon as possible via the Contact page. We'll do our best to accommodate changes before your order is dispatched.

Products & Kits

What skill level are these kits suitable for?

Each product listing includes a difficulty rating (Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced) and an estimated build time. We recommend starting with a Beginner kit if you've never built a miniature before. Most kits include illustrated step-by-step instructions.

Do the kits include LED lights?

Many of our book nook and dollhouse kits include LED lighting. Check the product description under "What's in the Box" to confirm — or look for the LED symbol in the product title.

Are instructions in English?

Most kits include illustrated assembly guides that are easy to follow regardless of language. Kits tagged "English Instructions PDF" include full English-language instructions, often available as a downloadable PDF as well.

What glue or tools do I need?

Most kits are designed to assemble with the included adhesive. A pair of tweezers and craft glue (PVA or super glue) are useful for small parts. See our Essential Tools Guide for a complete list.

Returns & Warranty

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

Can I return a kit I've started assembling?

Opened kits can only be returned if they are defective or significantly not as described. Unopened kits may be returned within 30 days in original condition. Contact us before returning any item.
